2.1 This Website is controlled and operated by us from the United Kingdom and is intended for use by advisers of de-risking solutions, pension scheme trustees and companies based in the UK to access information about Just's buy-in and buy-out de-risking solutions with a view to placing business with Just. It may not be used by any other third party or commercial organisation without prior express written consent of Just.
2.2 We make no representation that any material contained on this Website is appropriate for any other jurisdiction. Should you choose to access this Website from any location other than the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.

15.2 Just is covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service. This means that if Just cannot resolve your complaint, you may ask the Financial Ombudsman to review it.
